Pisces Horoscope by Daniel Dowd: Whats in Store for You?

Well now, let’s talk about this Pisces horoscope thing, by this fella Daniel Dowd. I don’t know much about stars and all that fancy stuff, but I heard some folks talking, so I figured I’d share what I picked up.

Seems like every day, this Daniel Dowd fella, he writes somethin’ ’bout what’s gonna happen to the Pisces folks. You know, those born under the sign of the fish. He says somethin’ ’bout “startin’ life anew” a lot. Like, almost every day he says it! Makes you wonder what they were doin’ before, huh? Maybe they were just sittin’ around like me, waitin’ for somethin’ to happen.

• And then he talks about “seein’ the other side of the story.” Well, that’s important, ain’t it? Always two sides to everythin’, like my grandma used to say. One fella says it’s black, the other says it’s white. Most times, it’s just kinda gray, if you ask me.

This Dowd fella, he also says somethin’ about steppin’ into a “brand new life cycle.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like one of them washing machines, spinnin’ you around and around, and then you come out all clean and new. But he also says it should be “very beneficial,” unless you do somethin’ “goofy.” Now that’s somethin’ I can understand. Don’t go doin’ nothin’ stupid, and things’ll probably be alright.

He says folks will be lookin’ at you, payin’ attention. Showin’ off your “abilities.” Now, I don’t have many abilities, unless you count knittin’ and makin’ a good pot of beans. But I guess if you’re good at somethin’, people are gonna notice. That’s just common sense, ain’t it?

Then there’s all this talk about money. “Financial success” he calls it. Sounds nice, but money ain’t everythin’. Sure, it helps pay the bills and put food on the table, but it don’t buy you happiness. And he says somethin’ about “unexpected expenses.” Ain’t that the truth? Always somethin’ breakin’ down or needin’ fixin’. Just gotta save up a little, for a “rainy day” he says. Smart thinkin’, that is.

Dowd talks about feelin’ “pressured” to be perfect. Like you gotta be some kinda show pony, always performin’. But he says it’s mostly you puttin’ that pressure on yourself. And that’s true, ain’t it? We’re always our own worst critics. Nobody’s perfect, not even them fancy city folks.

And then he gives you a lucky hour, between 4 and 5 pm. And says to wear somethin’ orange. Now, I don’t have much orange, maybe an old scarf somewhere. But I guess it can’t hurt to try, right? Maybe I’ll win the lottery or somethin’. Probably not, but a fella can dream.

So, that’s what I gathered about this Pisces horoscope by Daniel Dowd. Take it with a grain of salt, I say. Stars are up there, we’re down here. But it’s kinda fun to think about, ain’t it? Maybe somethin’ good’ll happen today. And if it don’t, well, there’s always tomorrow.
