White Numen Tarot Deck: A Beginners Guide
Well, let me tell ya ’bout this White Numen Tarot thing. It’s a bunch of cards, ya know, with pictures on ’em. Animals and stuff. Not like them regular playin’ cards, mind you. These here cards, they supposed to tell ya somethin’.
Now, I ain’t no fancy city slicker, so I can’t go spoutin’ off big words. But from what I gather, these cards got spirits in ’em. Sacred animal spirits, they call ’em “Numen”. Sounds kinda spooky, don’t it? But it ain’t scary, not really. It’s more like…listenin’ to the animals, ya know? Like when a crow caws, you know somethin’s up. Or when a dog whines, you know it’s feelin’ somethin’.
This White Numen Tarot deck, it’s got all sorts of critters. Lions and birds and snakes and such. And each one got a meanin’, they say. Like, the lion might mean courage, and the bird might mean freedom, and the snake…well, maybe that snake means somethin’ tricky’s gonna happen. I dunno for sure. I’m just a simple woman tryin’ to make sense of it all.
- Animals Mean Things: That’s the main thing ’bout these cards. Each animal, it’s got a story to tell. You just gotta learn how to listen.
- More Than Just Pictures: It ain’t just lookin’ at the picture, see? It’s ’bout feelin’ it, too. Like when you look at a picture of a fluffy lamb, you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. That’s what these cards do.
- Guidance, Not Just Tellin’ the Future: Now, some folks say these cards can tell ya what’s gonna happen. But I think it’s more ’bout guidin’ ya. Like, if you pull a card with a bear on it, maybe it means you gotta be strong, ya know? It ain’t sayin’ a bear’s gonna attack ya, it’s just sayin’ be strong.
They say this deck is good for beginners. ‘Cause it’s got cards with words like “intuition”, “forgiveness”, “healing”, and “love”. Them’s good words, ain’t they? They make you think ’bout good things. And that’s what this here tarot is all ’bout, I reckon. Thinkin’ ’bout good things, even when things ain’t so good.
Now, this ain’t no ordinary deck, mind you. They say it’s based on some older deck called the Rider-Waite. Never heard of it myself, but it must be important. And this White Numen deck, it adds two special cards of its own. One’s called the Black Numen, and it’s ’bout destruction. That sounds kinda scary, huh? But then there’s the White Numen, and that one’s…well, I reckon it’s the opposite of destruction. Maybe it’s ’bout creation, or somethin’ like that.
When you first start usin’ these cards, they say you should just pull one card at a time. Just one, and see what it means. That’s easy enough, even for an old woman like me. Just pull one card and think ’bout it. What does that animal mean to you? What’s it tryin’ to tell ya? Then, once you get the hang of it, you can start pullin’ more cards and doin’ them fancy readings. But I ain’t there yet. I’m still just figurin’ out what that darn snake card means.
The artist, Alba Ballesta Gonz lez, she did a real nice job makin’ these cards. They say she was inspired by old stories and rituals. I don’t know nothin’ ’bout that, but I know pretty when I see it. And these cards, they’re pretty. The colors are nice, and the animals look real, even though they ain’t. It’s like lookin’ at a picture book, but one that tells you somethin’ important.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a little guidance in your life, maybe this here White Numen Tarot is for you. It ain’t gonna give you all the answers, but it might help you find your own way. And ain’t that what we all want, really? Just a little help findin’ our way in this crazy world.
It’s good for beginners too, not just for them fancy folks who know all the secrets. This White Numen Tarot Deck , it ain’t just pretty pictures you know, it helps you trust your gut, forgive others, heal your hurt, love yourself, and find wisdom in everyday life. Just like prayin’, it helps you find peace. Kinda like the blind spot they say it’s about showing you the way and helping you listen to what your heart tells you.
And remember, it ain’t always about knowing the future. Sometimes it’s just about understanding yourself and your situation a little better. This here White Numen Tarot helps you do just that. I reckon that’s why they call it sacred animals’ tarot deck. It really is just about figuring things out and trusting the Numen, the spirits of those animals, to guide you.
